For those people who are anxious and fear visiting the dentist, please tell us when booking, so we can allow a little extra time to reassure you and make your visit as comfortable as possible. We are able to offer sedation techniques, which calm and relax you, but you remain conscious and able to co-operate with the dentist. Please feel free to take a friend with you for support.

We provide high quality veneers to make teeth look natural and healthy. They can improve the colour, shape and position of your teeth. A precise shade of porcelain can be chosen to give the right colour to improve a single discoloured tooth or to lighten your front teeth. A veneer can make a chipped tooth look whole again. The porcelain covers the whole of the front of the tooth, with a thicker section replacing the broken part. Veneers can also be used to close small gaps, when orthodontics (braces) are not suitable. If one tooth is slightly out of position, a veneer can sometimes be fitted to bring it into line with the others.
Crowns, Bridges and Partial Bridges

A crown is an artificial restoration that fits over the remaining part of a prepared tooth, making it strong and giving it the shape of a natural tooth. Crowns are an ideal way to repair teeth that have been broken, or have been weakened by decay or a very large filling. A crown could be used for a number of other reasons, for example:
- It may help to hold a bridge or denture firmly in place.

- You may have had a root filling and need a crown to protect what is left of the tooth
The laboratories we use are selected for their skill, craftmanship and reliability to ensure the ceramic crowns look similar to natural teeth and are matched for translucency colour and contour. If you care for your new crown like your normal teeth, brushing, flossing and rinsing regularly, it could last you 15 years or more
Teeth Whitening
Teeth Whitening can enhance your smile by removing intrinsic and extrinsic staining of the teeth. Extrinsic stains are those that appear on the surface of the teeth as a result of exposure to dark-coloured beverages, foods and tobacco, and routine wear and tear. Superficial extrinsic stains are minor and can be removed with brushing and prophylactic dental cleaning.
Stubborn extrinsic stains can be removed with more involved efforts, like teeth whitening. Intrinsic stains are those that form on the interior of teeth resulting from trauma, aging, exposure to minerals in the past.
Today, cosmetic dentistry experts believe that even deep-set intrinsic stains can be removed with supervised take-home teeth whitening that is maintained over a matter of months or even a year. If all else fails, there are alternative cosmetic solutions to treat intrinsic staining, such as dental veneers. We provide custom made trays and top of the range whitening gel which incorporate ingredients for sensitivity management.
